white spirit
making.

300
factories
which
produce the
white
spirit. The
demand for
the raw
materials is

tons, and
the foreign
raw
materials
occupy
10-20% of
the
aggregate
amount. Our
company
introduced
the Japanese
“gold qianguan” to
China in
2000
firstly, we
have planted
it in the
area which
are more
suitable for
its growing,
such as
Jiangsu,
Shandong,
and Liaoning
province.
Except for
the Japanese
“gold
qianguan”
and “victory
100#”, we
also have
other
Chinese
kinds of
sweet
potato,
including
the “xu
18#”, etc.
The starch
content of
them is more
than 28%,
and the
starch
content of
the steamed
sweet potato
is above
14%, it can
totally meet
the demands
of liquor
making. The
process of
quick-frozen
steamed
sweet
potato:
first, clean
them
carefully:
second, cut
the sweet
potato into
150-200g
pieces,
steaming and
cooling;
third, take
it into the
cold
storage.
There are
20kg in a
case, and
about
600-700 tons
per
shipment. |
